Seed to tree assignment given at start of school year and due in May

Lemon and white oak acorns are demonstrated here

Lemon / lime cut out seeds and wrap in wet paper toweling

After they sprout in toweling, plant in soil

Repeat procedure with acorns. White oaks shown.

If you wish to try red oak acorns, you must first

fool "Mother Nature"  by placing acorn in the freezer.

Take a picture for insurance and hand in picture or actual tree in May.
