Pachamama, A Shamanic Community

Dear Pachamama Community,

The Board members of Pachamama have been in transition over the last several years and have come to the realization that it is time to end the corporation and non-profit aspects of Pachamama.

Pachamama as a non-profit is 10 years old. The community gatherings that began in 1995 in Richland Center, Wisconsin developed into a corporation and educational non-profit in 1998. The energy and events Pachamama has cultivated and sponsored over the years has expanded out. A non-profit corporation no longer fits who we are and what we are doing today. Letting go of that structure allows us to creatively explore and expand into other possibilities.

Suggestions have been made to use the Pachamama website to continue to support and share information about the expanding shamanic community and to honor and celebrate 12 years of Pachamama events. You can check www.pachamama.cc to learn of developments and how you can post your community events.

Pachamama has donated our remaining financial resources to the following organizations:

  • $10,000. Doctors without Borders,

  • $3,681. Richland Center’s Sister City Project,

  • $1,000 to each of the following:

    • Cultural Landscape Legacies,

    • The International Crane Foundation,

    • Fellow Mortals Wildlife Rehabilitation,

    • and the Community Conservation organization.

The Board of Directors took into consideration where the funds might best reflect the community intention. We are grateful for your interest, participation and support of Pachamama Inc. all these years.

With Blessings and Thanks to All

Pachamama, Inc.
