Rates:
Weekly rentals Fri to Fri. Check in 3PM check out 11AM
$750 3 nights weekdays/3 night minimum.
$550 2 nights weekends/2 night minimum.
$995 week/7 nights.
Pontoon boat available for rent, $150/day.
Tax included in all rates.
48 hour cancellation notice required for full refund. Cancellations with less will be charged one night’s rental.
A member of the group renting must be at least 25 years of age.

Reservations
Can be paid by check. To confirm dates all rental fees must be paid within one week after reservation.

Pet Policy
Well behaved dog is welcome. Please keep pets off the furniture.

Smoking Policy
Hummingbird Cottage is NO smoking facility.

Damage/Loss Policy
Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items.
