NatureWool: Natural Handspun Yarns, Plant Dyed Fibers and more from Rainbow Homestead

Rainbow Homestead is bringing Nature back to farming...

Beyond Organic, our holistic approach utilizes Nature's Rhythms and Nature's Patterns to create a sustainable, healthy farm ecosystem.

Rainbow Homestead is 65 acres of rolling ridge tops, located in Vernon County, Wisconsin, where bio-diversity and sustainability are our goals: where rare breeds of livestock, wildlife, heirloom gardens and orchards, hedgerows, woodlands, herbal meadows and prairies co-exist in harmony and synergy.

Our homestead offers a full harvest of products: wool fleeces, spinning fibers, handspun and custom millspun yarn available in natural sheep shades and in plant dyed colors, washable sheepskins, quilt batts, knitted scarves, and felted hats are sold under the name NatureWool.

Our heirloom gardens, orchards and meadows bring forth their bounty as well:  unfiltered honey, apples, asian pears, shiitake mushrooms, gourmet garlic, culinary and medicinal herbs, rare roses, heirloom vegetables, grass-fed meats: Lamb, Beef and Pork

Our goal is to co-create a healthy, biodiverse farm ecosystem. Your continuing support is appreciated and necessary for us to continue our chosen work. THANK YOU!
