Spring 2003 Schedule

"Nature's Rainbow" Natural Dye Workshop

after this class, you'll look at plants and kitchen spices in a whole new light...wondering what colors they might develop. You will take home the fibers we dye in class to start your own personal dye portfolio.

cost: $75 full day workshop, all materials/handouts included.

Beginning Spinning

cost: $25 + $5 materials fee

Beginning Knitting

the basics: cast on, knit, purl, increase, decrease, bind off. you will start an elegant scarf that will give you the skills and confidence to tackle your next project

cost: $45  yarn and knitting needles included

Circular Knitting

(must know how to cast on, knit, purl,increase, decrease, bind off) discover the magic of knitting in the round, creating a seamless tube, for hats, sweaters, socks, mittens and more! You will learn to work on circular and double point needles.

  cost: $55  yarn and knitting needles included
