Our livestock are gentle stewards of the land. We rotationally graze rare breeds of sheep, cattle, pigs, chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese. Arrange a visit to see for yourself that animals can be raised humanely while enhancing a healthy, bio-diverse ecosystem.
Our lambs, pigs and beef are raised on lush green pastures, born in spring as the dandelions and fruit trees blossom. They graze contentedly with their mothers on rotationally grazed pastures bursting with an edible riot of colors and flavors: sunny dandelions, sky blue chicory, lacy yarrow, sweet scented clovers, vibrant alfalfa, and tangy sorrel among the green grasses. Our honeybees, butterflies and other wildlife enjoy the diversity too. Cold hardy forages like kale, turnips, canola, peas, oat and rye grass extend the forage feast well into winter.
The most sustainable method of raising meat and fiber is grass based and our lambs and beef animals are raised using 100% pasture forages- No Grain! Our Pigs and poultry, while raised on pasture, receive certified organic grain to balance their nutritional needs.

Lamb and Pork is available by the individual cut, or may be ordered as a whole or half and will be cut wrapped and frozen to your family's specifications. All of our meat is inspected/processed by local, family owned/operated, state/USDA facilities.
Beef is available by the cut, or in mixed boxes.
Meats may be picked up at the farm, Dane County Farmer's market or delivery may be scheduled to the Madison and La Crosse areas.
