Update on Replacement/Repair of Sidewalk, Ramp, and Front Church Steps Last week’s bulletin gave the basic information, explanation and approval of the work. As of Saturday August 29, the work is expected to be completed by this Friday September 4. Restoring the landscaping (flowers and possibly a large ProLife Sign) and installing a steel rain gutter on the south roof will be done later. Hopefully next weekend’s Masses will be using the new sidewalk, ramp and steps. We thank you for your prayers and patience. We continue optimistic that this work will solve the water coming into the basement through the south foundation wall.

CCD Teachers Needed. If able and available to teach religion on Wednesday nights, or be on the substitute list, please call our new Coordinator of Religious Education, Chris Magnuson at 457-2296.

St Charles Parents: School begins This Tuesday September 1! Please complete Registration. Carrol Hunder (689-2642) is available every morning to assist in the process. Last minute students welcome - the tuition is low, the quality high, and the love and presence of Jesus Christ is priceless and will make a difference in your child’s entire life.

Pro-Life Coordinator Activities: As the Health Insurance legislation debates continue in Washington DC, the current restrictions on federally-funded abortions are at risk.
