1st quarter conferences will be held on Tuesday, November 13th, from 4:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m. Please look for your conference time(s) in this week’s family folder.

A volunteer is needed to cover bus duty on Tuesday, November 13th from 3:15p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The teachers will need this time to prepare for conferences. Please call Mrs. Pyka at school if you are able to volunteer.

The Christmas play is planned for Friday, December 14th at 7:00 p.m.

Dress rehearsal will be on Thursday, December 13th at 1:30 p.m.

We will be in need of lots of extra help this year for our annual Christmas play. Please consider helping out in one of the following areas:  props, costumes, set, decorating the hall, or helping the students practice their lines. If you have interest in helping with the play, please contact Mrs. Pyka as soon as possible.

Parents of our school are asked to bake items for the annual bake sale that is held at the Holiday Fair. Items may be dropped off on Saturday, November 24th between 1:00p.m. and 3:00p.m. or after church on Saturday or Sunday.

The annual Thanksgiving dinner will be on Thursday, November 15th, after the 11:00 a.m. Mass. Families are welcome to invite relatives and school supporters; we just need an accurate count returned to us no later than Monday, November 12th. Please respond on the attached sheet so Patty can plan accordingly.

Each family is asked to bring a dish (A-N salads, and O-Z desserts).

Patty will welcome assistants any time on Wednesday or Thursday. Please let us know if you can help.

Farm Fresh Eggs

The Dittrich family will be taking orders for eggs this year. Please contact Billie ch at 626-3991 or ____@mwt.net prior to Wednesdays. Billie will then deliver the eggs to school on Wednesdays at noon.
