Rural Life Day at St. Boniface

Thank you to everyone who helped make Rural Life Day a success.  So many people were here to help make the day go smoothly.  A wonderful day was had by all.

Many people complimented the students on how well behaved they were and what a nice job they did singing and serving for mass.

End of the School Day Pick-up Time

Thank you so much for picking up your child(ren) by 3:30.  It is a great help to all the staff.

Bank of Arcadia Chili Feed 

The bank of Arcadia has invited our school to earn extra money for education through the homecoming chili feed.  It will be held on Friday, October 2nd, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Arcadia High School commons.  Each family is asked to try to sell 2-3 tickets at $5.00 each (4 and under are free).  The school will receive 100% of the amount sold.  Please make checks out to the State Bank of Arcadia.  Tickets can be purchased the night of as well, just remind supporters to write "St. Boniface" on the back of the ticket. 

Please return unsold tickets to school.

Magazine Sale

During the period between Sept. 9th and Sept. 30th, our students will be conducting a magazine subscription campaign under the auspices of QSP, Inc.  You may purchase new, renewal or gift subscriptions of your favorite magazines.  Choose from over 600 titles and SAVE UP TO 85% OFF THE COVER PRICE!  Our school earns 40% of all magazine sales.

Last TURN-IN DAY for the Magazine Sale will be Tuesday, September 29th.  As of Thursday, September 24th, we only have 11 orders turned in.  Last year we sold a total of 311 subscriptions!  Please send all magazine orders on Tuesday.

Parents, you may also send emails to distant friends and family to shop on-line at www.qsp.com.  They will need the St. Boniface School ID # 425007559 if they want to order on-line; this will ensure the school gets the credit.

Pizza, Ice Cream and Slushies at

     the Waumandee Country Store

The Luethi family is treating the entire school to pizza and a slushie or an ice cream come on Friday, September 25th.  We are very grateful to the Luethi's for providing this treat for us.

Please fill out the enclosed field trip form that was sent home last week for your child(ren), so that they have permission to leave school grounds.  All permission slips for this outing will be due by Friday, September 25th.  Please give the permission slips to Mrs. Bragger.  No one will be able to leave the school grounds without a permission slip.

NO SCHOOL

There will be no school on Monday, September 28th.  The teachers will be attending a meeting for the diocese on that day.

Free and Reduced Lunch Applications

If you have not filled out your Free and Reduced Lunch Application, please do so and return it to school as soon as possible.  If you have questions regarding your income, please contact Mrs. Pyka.
