Contact the town assessor for questions on assessment - not the clerk. Property taxes due January 31 and July 31 each year.  First installment (January) paid to the town treasurer; second installment (July) paid to the Juneau County treasurer. The town treasurer collects property taxes at the Town Hall, W9921 Jacobsen Rd  in December and January.  JULY PAYMENT- SEND TO COUNTY TREASURER    OPEN BOOK - May 15, 2008 7- 8 PM at Town Hall BOARD OF REVIEW - JUNE 2, 2008 6-8 PM   TOWN OF FOUNTAIN PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF OPEN BOOK AND MEETING OF BOARD OF REVIEW     Notice is hereby given that prior to the Board of Review the assessment toll is available for open book examination.  OPEN BOOK WILL BE HELD ON Thursday, May 15, 2008 FROM 7:00 PM TO 8:00 PM AT THE FOUNTIAN TOWN HALL, W9921 JACOBSEN RD.  At this time the assessor will be available to address questions or concerns pertaining to assessments and valuation of both real and personal property.  Further notice is given that the BOARD OF REVIEW WILL BE HELD ON Monday- June 2, 2008 FROM 6:00 PM TO 8:00 PM AT THE FOUNTAIN TOWN HALL, W9921 JACOBSEN RD.  FOR THE PURPOSE OF REVIEWING AND EXAMINING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY IN SAID TOWN OF FOUNTAIN.   Instructional material about the assessment, on how to file an objection, and board of review procedures under Wisconsin law will be available at that time.   Any person or their designees wishing to appear at the Board of Review must fill out the objection to assessment form in advance and file it prior to appearing.  OBJECTION FORMS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE ASSESSOR AT OPEN BOOK.     POSTED:  April 27, 2008
