Procedure

1.     Blend peas, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and twice as

        much water as peas for 15 seconds (done for you)

2.     Strain the mixture (done for you)

3.     Pour mixture into test tube, fill about 1/3 of the way up

4.     Measure the amount of liquid, add 1/6 that amount of detergent, stir, and let sit for 5 min

5.     Add a pinch of enzymes and stir gently

6.     Tilt test tube and slowly pour alcohol so it forms a layer on top of mixture, add same amount of alcohol as the amount of pea mixture

7.     Use stick to remove stringy stuff from the top
