Coulee Youth Centers, Inc.  Outreach program offers an effective approach to providing recovering mentorship to those clients that are chemically dependent.   There are four Outreach case managers to work with the clientele.  Each case manager works to support a strenght-based recovery for thier clients.  The Outreach program emphasizes the uniqueness of each client and the case managers work with each individual and that individual's strenghts to provide motivation in the individuals recovery.  Case managers work with clients to strive for a balanced lifestyle, providing vocational, finanial, and social support to each individual.  Coulee Youth Centers, Inc.  Outreach case managers also network with other organizations for strong client advocacy, helping to facilitate abstinence or harm reduction.
