Statement of Purpose

   It is not in celebration of war that we sponsor this event, but 

to honor those men, women, and children who have diligently 

worked, or offered the supreme sacrifice - their life - in war 

and in peace, to make the United Sates of America the land 

of the free and the greatest country on earth.
